Sign and return our Non Disclosure Agreement; We honor confidentiality for the life of our business. No third parties share our information or have access to our databases;
Review and sign our Consulting Agreement(provided after an initial consultation);
Provide us with all of your firm’s research-related service contract(LexisNexis and Westlaw) and other subscription agreements, and one to two years of your invoices. (Two years is preferred for a more accurate analysis of billing trends);
Within two weeks, we will provide a written report and/or arrange a meeting to discuss our findings;
We will detail next steps in accordance with your selected level of service.

Our services are non-invasive and require little client staff time.

The process can take anywhere from three to six months depending on contract renewal dates.
